Michael Herron
Michael Herron grew up in Tampa, Florida. He attended St Mary's School up to the eighth grade and graduated from Chamberlain High School in 1986. In 1987, Michael joined the U.S. Army. He spent several years as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division and he served in frontline combat during the First Gulf War. After receiving an honorable discharge from the military, he moved back to Florida. Michael attended Florida State University where he was awarded a Bachelors Degree in History and Nova University where he earned his Law Degree. From 1997 to 1999, he served as a State Criminal Prosecutor. There, Michael handled misdemeanors, DUIs, felonies and traffic cases. Michael also trained law enforcement officers and new prosecutors on new laws and how to investigate cases. Michael has spent the last eight years in private practice doing criminal defense and personal injury law. He has handled in excess of 3000 cases and been the lead attorney in over 60 jury trials. Michael is a husband and a father and he lives and practices law in the Tampa Bay area.
Ben grew up in Florida and graduated from Wellington Community High School. Ben played basketball at the collegiate level. He then went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree (cum laude) from John Carroll University, a Jesuit university in Cleveland, Ohio. Ben moved to the Tampa Bay area where he earned a Law degree from Stetson University College of Law. He worked as a State Prosecutor from 2005 to 2008 where he prosecuted misdemeanors, DUIs, traffic offenses, and felonies. Ben has handled in excess of 1000 criminal cases and over 30 jury trials including DUI, Aggravated Battery, Robbery, Firearm offenses, Sexual Battery, Drug possession, and Drug Trafficking. He resides in Pinellas County, Florida.
